Abstract

The purpose of the Nurse Leader Virtual Summit is to provide an avenue for nurse leaders from various Sigma Academies and Nightingale Challenge to disseminate their leadership journey.

This session features Kathleen Bradley, DNP, RN, NEA-BC. Dr. Bradley is the Associate Chief Nursing Officer of Professional Practice and Executive Director of the Center for Professional Excellence and Inquiry at Stanford Children's Health and the current founding President for the Alpha Alpha Lambda at-Large Chapter of Sigma at the Stanford Campus.

The remaining speakers are scholars from Sigma's Nightingale Challenge.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Characterize at least two leadership traits of nursing leaders.
  • Identify where you are in your personal nursing leadership journey.
